Amazing Customer Service! I just sold some old gold jewelry at Joe's Gold and Silver at the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino. I had such a pleasant experience. The man helping me, Rico, was so informative, he explained every step of the process to me and I came away feeling good that I had gotten a great deal for my gold. He was professional and courteous. There is free valet parking too! I was surprised at how much my old gold jewelry was worth, I wasn't expecting much but 15 minutes later I was on my way home with 650 dollars in cash!
